Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original Belro packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your box over any old shipping marks.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
